I Tried a Virtual Bedside Sleep Coach for a Week. It Was Weird, and Weirdly Effective.

Even in the throes of an isolating pandemic, there’s an appropriate time and place for live-streaming a class. That’s between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., when I’m in my daytime clothes, at my desk, or (in the case of yoga) on my living room floor. In my book, 12:30 a.m. is decidedly not an appropriate time, particularly when it’s a small-group session with strangers streamed into the sanctuary that is my bedroom.
